Loyco is an all-in-one customer-loyalty platform for hotels and retail. We help operators turn one-time guests into repeat ones — rewards, communication, campaigns, and member portals running on a single stack.
I lead product across the Loyco platform — from the member-facing apps to the admin portal, analytics, and the partner integrations (Shopify, hotel PMS, Lora SMS).
My job is to make sure the things we ship move the metrics that matter to operators: repeat visits, direct bookings, and customer LTV — without making the product feel like a CRM.
